#HRapp UPDATE for our volunteers

We have made a small update on the HRapp and right now you can check your points and effort for each activity where you have contributed.

At the moment you will not be able to send any notification through the HRapp in order to inform us about any irregularities in our estimations, but we strongly encourage you to get in contact with any of the board members in order to correct it.

Steps to connect to your account:

1. Go to the link: http://hrapp.esn.ro/
2. Go to Login on the top right corner
3. Write your email with which you register on the HRapp and in the password field follow the below rule:
   • First two letter of your name, first with capital letter (ex: Ar from Armand)
   • First two numbers from your birthyear (ex: 20 if it is 2000)
   • First two letters from your family name, first with capital letter (ex: Re from Rebelde)
   • Day of your birthdate in numbers (ex: 05 if its 5th)
     So the password should look like this: Ar20Re05

After you connect head over to My Requests -> Detailed Report and voila. You can also sort by any of the categories by pressing on the specific header of the table.

Volunteer management application

Hello fellow ESNers and dear friends,

With this small post we are happy announce that we have launched the test version of our HR management application.  Our objective with this webApp is to have a better volunteer management system, which will help ESN Iasi members to have a more precise view over their activity and also will help the local board to provide recognition to the volunteers by generating an activity certificate.

At the moment the application is in full development process and until now we have implement the following:

• A points system that measures the activity degree of a volunteer;
• An effort system that measures in hours the activity of a volunteer;
• Adding events with standard or personalized points/effort systems;
• Recruitment system with recruitment form;
• Generating a volunteer certificate stating the effort of the volunteer;
• Added a news section where we can post announcements;

Future functions to be implemented:

• A volunteers section where they can generate themselves the certificate;
• An attendance system where the database can be updated during the events or projects;
